We spent Thanksgiving and that weekend in Bend, hanging out with my family. Thanksgiving is always a tasty holiday and this time it was REALLY tasty! We had TWO dinners! The first one was on Wednesday at my grandparent's house. It was great fun because ALL of my aunts and uncles (8 of them plus their spouses) were there. This phenomenon has not happened since I was 13 years old - I am 22 now, you can do the math. Many of my relatives were able to meet Z for the first time.
We had another dinner on Thursday at my parents' house. The house was full of people I love and food that was wonderful. Thanksgiving is grand! We have so much to be thankful for!
My brother, Alex, received his Eagle Scout award that weekend. We are so proud of him! Alex is very active in the world of Scouting. He has worked hard to become a top-notch leader; people know who he is and that they can count on him for anything. They all came to show their support for his high achievement. WOOT WOOT!

Holidays are best spent with family and we had oodles of fun!
If you would like to know how I pull off the remarkable bluish-whitish glow that is radiating from my skin, you will have to take my class - Stay Out of the Sun = be Your Own Nightlight - registration starts on Monday and there is $6.00 charge for a bottle SPF 80 sunscreen.*
*We have been saving this video until after the holidays because the blanket Luke was making for his sister is in the background. We didn't want her to see it before she got it.
You know the movie HITCH? You know the part where Albert chucks his inhaler and kisses Allegra? This is Aslynn's version of the "chuck" only with her bink. Nevermind that we are giving her medicine for her cold; she'll do the bink chuck for just about anything she considers to be yummy.*
