Little Life Updates

Really, nothing exciting has been going on in our lives.  A blog post should be exciting, right?  Of course, right! So, if you are wondering why I haven't posted any updates, the reason is because we aren't all that exciting and I don't want to waste your time.

I am a believer in pictures with a blog post; No pictures = not nearly as fun to look at/read.  (I also believe that wedding announcements work the same way.  It's all about the pictures!)

Anywho, all I have for you today is two semi-boring pictures of irregular happenings going on at our house.

Dog on the left is Zulu. Dog on the right is Max.  Zulu belongs to my friend, Elise.  Elise had a baby on Wednesday.  Zulu is hanging out at our house playing with Max and Fiyero until she gets summoned home to meet new baby, Dixon. 

On a side note: I LOVE BABIES (and weddings)! When I hear that a friend had a baby or is getting married I get all smiley, giggly, and do happy dances in the living room in celebration!

This is Bartholomew. He keeps to himself in the corner of our front porch.  He isn't very big - in fact he is down right tiny - but he does an excellent job at protecting our front door from the evils of different bugs (especially the flying variety).

That's all I got for you.  Sorry.  Next week I will take lots of pictures of Aslynn and do a whole post on her (Because if we're really being honest with each other, you know and I know that she is really the only reason you read our blog.)
